The users enjoy the complete services they are eligible for until the effective user agreement is terminated by you or TechyAssist. We can terminate this agreement anytime without providing any notice and restricting your usage of the services. After termination, you must destroy the downloaded or otherwise obtained material or content. 

Disclaimer and Liability Limitation

TechyAssist comes without assurances or promises, delivered “As-Is.” Users accept all hazards tied to its usage. We strive for accurate, trustworthy, top-tier content on the site, but we disclaim liability if any shortcomings occur. We bear no fault for inaccuracies, gaps, or outcomes from site technical glitches. Our suppliers and we avoid responsibility for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or resulting harms, like profit loss, reputation damage, data erasure, or intangible setbacks from the site, services, or Agreement. Overall liability caps at your purchase value, whether in contract or tort. No guarantees are provided for content precision, dependability, completeness, freshness, or site flawlessness.
