This shipping policy provides information about the shipping process, general shipping schedules, shipping charges, and grievance redressal of the customers. Users are advised to review this policy before making purchases on our website. 

Shipping Area

Currently, we ship our products only in India. We don’t have international shipping services. Buyers are advised to verify their address, PIN code, and contact information before checkout. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping occurring due to incorrect address or contact information. 

Shipping Schedules

Our packages are delivered via trusted third-party courier services. The delivery schedule depends on package dimensions, weight, and the distance covered. However, a general timeline is:

  1. We process the orders within 2 days of checkout. 
  2. The orders are delivered within 7 days of shipping. 

 A total of 10 days is consumed in the process. 

Shipping Charges

The shipping cost will be calculated based on the item’s weight, dimensions, and the distance to the delivery destination. The total cost of shipping will be displayed at the time of checkout. Make sure you check and agree to the charges before making the order.

Track Order

The buyer can track the order once it has been shipped. The tracking ID and the concerned information will be provided by email and by SMS to the registered phone number. The packages are shipped within 3 days of the order. If you don’t receive shipping details within 3 days, please contact us at info@TechyAssist.net.

Grievances Redressal

We handle the grievances of buyers for the damaged or defective products delivered. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days of encountering such an issue. For undelivered, lost, or stolen packages, please contact us at info@techyassist.net within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
