Refund

We provide a flat 7-day return or exchange guarantee on our products (subject to certain conditions). For any such request, please contact us at info@techyassist.net.. The conditions for such returns or exchanges are as follows:

• The item should be in pristine and unused form.
• Return the product in its original packaging.
• The order receipt must be provided with the item.
• Items purchased in the SALE are not eligible for return or refunds.

Items belonging to certain categories are exempt from return or exchange, the details of which will be provided in the product description. Once your return, exchange, or refund request has been reviewed and approved by our team, we will notify you by mail, containing all relevant details. 

Return and Cancellation

The request for order cancellation will be accepted only within 3 days of checkout. No request will be accepted if the order has been prepared for shipping, has been shipped, or is out for delivery.

In case you receive a damaged product, contact us at info@techyassist.net. within 3 days of receiving the product. If the wrong product has been delivered, which differs from what is shown on the platform, please send us the request within 3 days.
